Exam for ages 15 and over

- Physical exams with the nurse and doctor
- Chest x-ray
- Blood test
It is not necessary to fast, you can eat your meals at your usual times.
The approximate duration of each appointment is 1 hour.
Bring your medication list, if applicable.
You do not need to bring your photos for your medical file. We will take your photo ourselves during your visit.
